Infracon Ltd is a Limited Liability Company which is registered under the Companies Act 1993. Infracon Ltd was formed in 2002 with the acquisition and merger of three Local Authority Trading Enterprises (LATE’s) situated on the East Coast of the North Island.
The three operating LATE’s became operating divisions of Infracon Ltd and a fourth, separate division was established in 2003, with the formation of Infracon Aggregates. The 2007 acquisition of Hawkes Bay Drainage has added a fifth division. The company now employs approximately 300 staff across the East Coast region, with fully integrated systems and processes that enables each division to obtain resources and support from each other. |
