Working theory:
This series of submersible jet aerator are based on the conversional jet aerator theory, but with a unique “jet flow outside, whirling suction of air inside” aeration technique -
the submersible motor drives the special designed propeller blades into high rotating speed, pushing water forwards and thus drawing the water behind, creating a lower pressure zone in the hub. The air is thus drawn into the lower pressure zone through air in-take pipe. With the combination of lower pressure and propeller blades cutting, the air is “pulverized” and “emulsified” into the water, which leads to the maximum oxygenation of the water.
The turbulent air-water jet flow that is caused by the high speed rotating propellers creates a high oxygen transfer rate in the water as well as a superior mixing effect. It guarantees the perfect mixture of water, air and sludge (activated sludge) and maintains the necessary suspension of the activated sludge. Because of the powerful mixing and jet flow circulation, the aerated basin actual utilization ratio is increased to the maximum.
Product distinctive characters:
- High dissolved oxygen efficiency – unique propeller and air suction chamber design has resulted higher air drawn volume, thorough air-water mixing effect, finer and denser air bubbles, thus the higher dissolved oxygen efficiency. The oxygen transfer rate is measured at 15% to 25% which is 50% to 70% more than that of conversational air blower aeration. (sample video clip)
- Strong horizontal thrusting force - contrary to conventional jet aerator, the energy isn't wasted on pushing air into the water. Apart from a small amount of necessary energy is used to suck air into the water, the majority energy is converted into strong thrusting flow by specially designed propellers. (sample video clip)
- Clogging free - its special designed propeller blades guard eliminates the clogging which is the common problem of the conventional jet aerator. The guard is also a safety measure to prevent any accidental injury.

This aerator can be used in a wide range of applications, i.e. industry wastewater treatment, municipal wastewater treatment, dairy farming wastewater treatment, river and lake water quality improvement, groundwater Manganese & Iron oxidation treatment, etc.
Examples like: mixing/aeration in the aerated basin of the activated sludge plant (this is particular advantageous comparing to the capital/running cost of the traditional bottom diffusion aeration system), mixing in the stabilization pond, pre-aeration and post-aeration in the wastewater treatment plant, mixing in the coagulation pond and mixing in the chemical reaction pond, etc.
