Aerator Working Theory

  Part 2 - Paddlewheel Aerator

Working theory:

Paddlewheel aerator consists of float, motor, synchronous belts and paddlewheel, etc. The hydrodynamic shaped wheel blades guarantee the maximum performance under minimum power. The aerator can accelerate the gas transfer between water and air - water gets broken into fine mist and thrown into the air, dispersing the carbon dioxide and regenerated with dissolved oxygen. The powerful horizontal trusting force enables the even distribution of the dissolved oxygen in whole water body. This aerator can achieve oxygen boost in upper, middle and bottom layers of the water in the same time.

Product distinctive characters:

  1. High energy efficiency – this aerator uses the high energy efficient synchronous belt driven mechanism, replaces conventional turbine axle driven method. It can save power consumption more than 60% . <sample photo>, <sample Video >
  2. Easy installation - the compact size, light weight and float mounting type make it extremely easy for the operational staff carrying out installation or moving aerator around the pond.
  3. Long life - It is made of stainless steel and corrosion resistant material.

Applications:

This aerator can be used in all kinds of wastewater biochemical aerated treatment process, especially in oxidation ditches, park/reserve lakes, fresh water/salt water aquafarming, etc
