Aerator Working Theory

Part 6 - Deep Water Aerator

Working theory:

This series of deep water aerator is a new type aerator, based on the submersible jet aerator, combined with pressure enhancer, to increase the aeration depth and air in-take volume. Added with pressure enhancer, the aerator has broadened the application fields, e.g. deep well aeration, deep aeration depth in aeration basin. Because the pressure enhancer shares the same driving axle with aerator, the energy consumption is minimized and efficiency is improved.

Product distinctive characters:

  1. Deep aeration depth - with added pressure enhancer, the aerator can be operated at deep water.
  2. High energy efficiency - because the pressure enhancer is powered by the same aerator axle, no extra power is required.

Applications:

This aerator can be used in deep well aeration and deep aerated basin aeration. It is mainly used in urban area or where land space is limited; the treatment basin can thus be constructed deep underground.
