Working theory:

Traditionally there are four types of Ozone Mixers - Venturi, Diffuser, In-line Static ozone mixer and Liquid/gas mixing pump. Liquid/gas mixing pump has been claiming to have the highest ozone mixing efficiency. However, it is changed now since Ventus In-line active ozone mixer (IAOM™) came into the family.

The main difference between In-line static mixer and IAOM is that IAOM has an electrical motor driven mixing mechanism built into the pipe section. It is this active mixing mechanism produces a revolutionary ozone mixing method. IAOM is the world first true in-line gas/water mixer.

Product distinctive characters:

1. Highest ozone mixing efficiency – unique propeller and air suction chamber design has resulted higher ozone drawn volume, finer and denser ozone bubbles, thorough ozone-water mixing effect, thus the high ozone mixing efficiency.
2. Quick Ozonization - the IAOM's high mixing ability naturally leads to the quick Ozonization of any concerned matters, e.g. Manganese, Iron. It will in fact reduce the followed reaction tank size and total ozone gas usage.
3. Zero head loss - compared to static mixer, the IAOM doesn't cause any head loss, in fact it even improves flow hydraulics due to its active mixing mechanism.
4. Power saving - the IAOM 0.75kw model can deliver more flow than a 7.5kw liquid/gas mixing pump does. It is all because of the in-line technology. The quick Ozonization will also requires less ozone gas thus saves power and improve working environment safety.
5. Easy installation - the IAOM can be installed in-line with common flange connections.
6. Long life - all material used are selected to work under ozone environment.
