The aerator was launched in Otane Pond on 20th June 2008. The results showed super OTR compared to the conventional jet aerator.

Note: DO readings are the average figures of 4 pond corners readings, and they were taken at 300mm below water surface, between 8:30am-15:00pm.

The pond was showing very good BOD removal rate (<15 mg/L).

This demo unit is very easy to install and move around the pond. It is only 85 kg comparing to the conventional jet aerator besides (showed in the photo, it is 7kw and weighted about 300kg).
